STUDIO PROGETTO, CAD, ANALISI FEM E PROTOTIPO
Ogni idea è per noi ricca di potenziale e come tale bisogna analizzarla nel modo corretto, non solo sotto il profilo stilistico ma anche sotto quello meccanico. La nostra consulenza mira a supportare la nascita del progetto nel migliore dei modi ottimizzando ogni aspetto.
Il progetto CAD è il punto di partenza in mancanza di un prototipo reale; dopo aver analizzato il progetto CAD, procediamo alla fresatura del prototipo con macchinari a controllo numerico. Dove le circostanze lo richiedano effettuiamo studi specifici ed analisi ad elementi finiti sugli sugli stress fisici del prodotto.
STAMPO E PRODUZIONE
Una volta realizzato il prototipo e testata la sua conformità con le specifiche lo step successivo è definire la tipologia di stampo in funzione dell'utilizzo, del tipo di processo e del numero di stampate che dovrà supportare.
Ad oggi possiamo produrre con la maggior parte delle tecnologie presenti sul mercato tra cui:
- Autoclave
- Sacco sottovuoto
- RTM
- Stratificazione manuale a freddo
Lo step finale consiste nello startup della produzione e relativa pianificazione della medesima. La nostra esperienza ci permette di definire a 30/60/90 giorni la produzione per i nostri clienti così da offrire una gestione delle consegne pianificata e aggiornata nel tempo.

STUDY DESIGN, CAD, FEM ANALYSIS AND PROTOTYPE
Every idea and every project is a potential that require a full analysis, not only for the style/design but also for the mechanic features. Our advice is intended to support the birth of the project in the best way to optimize every aspect. The CAD is the starting point without a real prototype, after analyzing the CAD project, we proceed realizing the prototype with CNC machines that permit a true real copy of the virtual project. If require we can made specific physic studies to understand wich is the real response of a new product (using virtual phisic program or real test laboratories)
MOLD AND PRODUCTION
As we realize the prororype and verify the conformity with specifications given, the next step is to define the type of mold, the type of process and the number of units it will need to support.
Today we can produce whith the most used technologies on the market including:

- Vacuum Bag
- RTM
- Manual Cold Stratification
The final step is to support the production startup whit a full plan, production and delivery timing. Our experience allows us to define the production till 60/90/120 days to offer the possibility to have a precise management whith a updated delivery schedule.
